A multipurpose space where family coexistence is encouraged in a less formal environment than a room and less private than a TV studio; a place where the visitors do not feel the proximity of the private areas of the house.
The project includes materials such as steel and concrete; inside the terrace we can find a concrete slab based on a dark sheet, from which hang two copper lamps. The facilities take care of the honesty of their materials with corten steel plates, steel beams and an apparent bow lattice that separates them from the stairs and service areas.
On the outside of the terrace there is an outdoor area with a space for barbecue, which follows the same trend when using raw materials, in this particular case and a blue and white mosaic.
