This project is developed on a plot of 435 square meters located on Efraín González Luna 1878 street at its corner with Colonias street. Where in the past it was an abandoned house, now 12 new apartments are planned. This natural process of renewal that must be understood by cities as living entities is consolidated through this proposal to re-populate, re-vive, re-cycle, re-innovate … space, and in this process dignify and add value to the colony and the life of its users.

The project proposes a single volume, with the module of vertical circulations at the back, leaving the best views of the departments, and reaching the 4th and last level we open some common spaces shaded by trees for the recreational activities of the users.

The program resolves 12 departments that share vertical circulations and corridors for accessibility, where inside each one enjoys privacy and mastery over the different views of the woodlands that emerge from the colony. 1 bedroom studios and 2 bedroom apartments, some with private terraces and some not, are what is offered in the building; 1 parking drawer per department, 3 for visits and 2 cycle ports per department so they can enjoy the benefits of the colony without the use of a motor car.

The construction system is made of load concrete walls and lightened slabs in 1 and 2 directions. The masonry is proposed with blocks, of novaceramic, holes to give users greater privacy, these enjarrados and painted in white. Cement mosaic floors with custom design and colors to the building, black-colored aluminum window frames, national kitchens with natural stone roofs, first-class national kitchen equipment, natural pine woodwork, tempered glass bathroom shelters 9mm, blacksmiths of different sizes, all finished in black paint.
